Transition Intensive

(8 Weeks)

A structured, psychologically grounded process for navigating personal and professional transitions with clarity, steadiness, and depth.

Purpose

The Transition Intensive is an eight-week coaching process designed for individuals moving through significant personal or professional change.
Transitions are not linear. They are emotional, layered, and complex, often touching every part of a person’s life.

This container provides the depth, structure, and space required to understand:

  • what is ending

  • what is emerging

  • what is creating friction or confusion

  • and what this period of transition is asking of you

It bridges clarity and transformation.
Not as brief as the Clarity Compass, not as long-term as Leadership Evolution — it is the place where real change begins to take shape.

Who This Is For

This process is ideal for reflective individuals — leaders, founders, or anyone navigating a period of disruption or redefinition — who want a structured, intelligent approach to understanding their transition.

It is especially suited for those who:

  • feel the ground shifting in their work, relationships, or identity

  • sense that their old strategies are no longer effective

  • experience internal conflict between what has been and what is becoming

  • need a steady space to explore emotional complexity

  • want clarity and depth without committing to a long-term partnership yet

This is for people who want to understand their transition consciously rather than reactively.

The Promise

You will leave these eight weeks with a grounded understanding of your transition: what is ending, what wants to emerge, and what your next steps could be.

You will understand:

  • the deeper motivations activated during this period

  • emotional and behavioural patterns that intensify under change

  • the personal and professional intersections that require attention

  • the inner landscape you must navigate

  • what you need to release and what you are ready to move toward

This process brings depth and clarity together.

What Makes This Different

Transitions often bring confusion, contraction, or emotional turbulence.
This work acknowledges that reality and approaches it with psychological depth rather than superficial tools.

What differentiates this process:

  • the integration of the iEQ9 Enneagram to illuminate deeper motivational patterns

  • equal attention to personal and professional layers

  • an understanding of transitions as emotional, not just situational

  • space to think, feel, and reorient without pressure

  • recognition that clarity and emotional steadiness are inseparable

This is not about managing change.
It is about understanding yourself within change.

Structure

Session Rhythm

Eight weekly 75-minute sessions.

Week 1 — Mapping the Transition

Understanding where you are, what is shifting, and what feels unclear.

Week 2 — Motivational Foundations

Exploring deeper motivations using insights from the iEQ9 Enneagram.

Week 3 — The Emotional Landscape

Identifying the emotional dynamics of the transition: fear, desire, grief, hope, and tension.

Week 4 — Patterns Under Pressure

Recognising the automatic responses that intensify during change.

Week 5 — Personal and Professional Intersections

Understanding how internal shifts influence external decisions and relationships.

Week 6 — What Needs to Be Released

Identifying outdated strategies, roles, or loyalties that no longer serve your direction.

Week 7 — What Wants to Emerge

Exploring the identity and possibilities developing beneath the surface.

Week 8 — Direction and Stabilisation

Defining your next steps, anchoring clarity, and preparing for what comes after the transition.

This structure is spacious but intentional, allowing emotional and cognitive depth.

Transformation Arc

1. Insight

Seeing the motivations, emotional dynamics, and recurring patterns activated by the transition.

2. Integration

Connecting those insights to real-life decisions, relationships, and leadership moments.

3. Liberation

Releasing automatic responses that create confusion, contraction, or emotional strain, and building the capacity to navigate change with steadiness and clarity.

Why This Exists

Because transitions are rarely about the external shift alone.
They challenge identity, stability, relationships, self-concept, and direction.

Most people try to move through transition by pushing, avoiding, or overthinking.
This process offers a different path: clarity, depth, structure, and emotional intelligence.

The Transition Intensive gives you the grounding and understanding needed to move from “something is happening to me” toward “I am consciously participating in my evolution.”
