Leadership Evolution is a five-month partnership for individuals who are ready to evolve at the level where meaningful and lasting change actually occurs: identity, motivation, emotional regulation, and presence.
This is where clients move beyond working on isolated situations or decisions and begin addressing the deeper architecture that shapes how they lead, relate, respond, and inhabit themselves.

Session Rhythm
Twenty weekly 75-minute sessions.
Phase 1 — Orientation and Motivational Mapping
Understanding your internal architecture through the lens of the iEQ9 Enneagram.
Phase 2 — Pattern Recognition
Identifying the unconscious strategies that shape how you lead, respond, and relate.
Phase 3 — Emotional Presence and Self-Regulation
Exploring emotional patterns, triggers, stress responses, and internal narratives.
Phase 4 — Identity Evolution
Clarifying the identity you are outgrowing and the one you are becoming.
Phase 5 — Integration
Applying emotional and motivational insight to real leadership situations, decisions, and relationships.
Phase 6 — Consolidation
Anchoring the evolved identity and inner architecture so it becomes embodied rather than conceptual.

Transformation Arc
1. Insight
