Purpose

The Clarity Compass is a four-week coaching process designed for moments when life or work feels in motion, but not yet defined.

It does not aim to create deep transformation — that belongs to the longer containers.
Instead, it offers the space, structure, and psychological clarity needed to understand:

  • where you are

  • what is shifting

  • what is no longer aligned

  • and what your next step could be

It is a pause from autopilot — a reset that lets you reorient with accuracy rather than impulse.

Week 2 — Motivational Insight

We bring in subtle elements of the iEQ9 Enneagram to explore your deeper motivations and emotional responses to what is shifting.

Week 3 — Pattern Recognition

We identify what is driving confusion, hesitation, or overwhelm — and what needs to be named, reframed, or released.

Week 4 — Direction & Decision Readiness

We clarify your next step and set a grounded, intentional direction for the coming phase.
You receive a short written summary capturing the core insights and decisions.

This sequence creates clarity without forcing speed or depth.
